This is basil spice pasta. I have been making this for years.

Put the semalina on a board, in the form of a ball, mix two large eggs, and pour into the semalina. Next add tea oil, two cloves of basil, dash of Italian spice. Add the oil and then gather the semalina into a ball. Let sit for 5 minutes. roll out and slice to the size of pencils.
