simple recipe. We will be surprised if they can notice a difference!

Ingredients

  • 1pound dry macaroni (or another similar,
  • small-cut pasta)
  • 4cups water
  • 1teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2cups whole milk
  • 8ounces cream cheese, room
  • temperature
  • 1teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1pound shredded cheese, a mixture of
  • your favorite, good melting cheeses,
  • such as Cheddar, Monterey Jack,
  • Colby, Gouda, etc.

Preparation

  2. 1. Put the pasta, water, and salt into the cooking
  3. pot of the Cuisinart® Multicooker.
  4. 2. Secure the lid and select Custom. Set the
  5. pressure to High, the time for 4 minutes, and
  6. press Start.
  7. 3. Once the tone sounds, press the Steam
  8. Release button to quickly release pressure.
  9. 4. When the pressure is completely released,
  10. carefully open the lid and first stir in half of
  11. the cream cheese and half of the milk. Select
  12. Sauté/Brown, set the temperature to Low and
  13. stir well. Once those are incorporated, stir in
  14. the remaining cream cheese and milk, dry
  15. mustard and finish with the shredded cheese.
  16. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
