Layered Pasta and Shrimp Salad

Excellent Party Salad which you can vary with different Pasta, Vegetables, and Dressings

Ingredients

1 lb. cooked shrimp(Jumbo) 1 Box Pasta Shells, cooked 1 Box Frozen Peas, defrosted Cherry Tomatoes Cucumber 2 or 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, halved Lettuce or romaine 3 or 4 strips of cooked Bacon, crumbled Red Pepper strips 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese 1 Bottle Ranch Dressing (I made my own)

Instructions

Layer ingredients in the following manner in a clear glass bowl or Brandy Snifter: Lettuce or Romaine on the bottom Alternate eggs and red pepper standing up along the sides of the bowl Pasta next on top of lettuce Shrimp on top of Pasta Shells Next the peas, then the cheese The cucumbers and tomatoes on top in a decorative pattern Last will go the Dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight
