Colorful, healthy pasta salad with crunchy, creamy, and zesty ingredients.
1 lb. bag tri-color pasta
1 small can sliced black olives, drained (about ⅓ c.)
1 can cherry tomatoes, halved
1 lg. avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced into 1 inch chunks
⅓ c. finely chopped red onion
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
Handful of fresh basil, chopped
1 8 oz. pkg. pepperoni
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Boil noodles according to package directions and drain well. Dump into large bowl.
Add black olives, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, basil, and pepperoni.
Drizzle with Italian dressing according to your taste. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve at room temperature or cold.
