Indonesian Bami


1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp red pepper 1 lb beef, cut into small cubes, about 1/2 inch in size 1/2 lb raw shrimp, shells and tails removed 2 green onions, sliced thin 2 c napa cabbage, shredded 1 c celery, sliced thin 1/4-1/2 c soy sauce 4 T vegetable oil

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and red pepper. Stir for about 2 minutes, browning the garlic. Add beef and shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink and beef is tender. Remove the food from the skillet and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons oil to skillet and add onion, cabbage and celery. Stir fry until color changes, about 3 minutes. Add noodles and soy sauce. Return meat and shrimp to skillet. Stir fry for another 3 minutes to make sure everything is mixed well and the beef is cooked through
