3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 lb. penne pasta
2 T Cajun seasoning
2 t butter
1 T garlic
2 c chicken broth
½ white wine
1 c heavy whipping cream

Cook penne pasta.
Mix chicken with Cajun seasoning. Put olive oil in the bottom of the pan and butter on HI. Brown chicken on each side on HI.
Put half chicken in skillet at one time.
Add more olive oil and 2 t butter in skillet on HI. Add peppers and onion and garlic. Simmer until nice and flimsy.
Pour chicken broth and white wine in skillet. Cook for 5 minutes on HI, or until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium low and add heavy whipping cream. Cook until thickens.
Mix everything together, including all juices. Bring to a boil. Add cayenne pepper and Cajun seasoning to taste.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss noodles into meat mixture.
