7 oz. elbow macaroni
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 egg (slightly beaten)
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
Cook macaroni and drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg. Add salt & pepper to taste and cheddar cheese. Add macaroni. Bake in greased casserole @350 deg. for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
