Kim's Penne PastaUser Submitted Recipe
3 Chicken Breasts
Box of penne pasta
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup chicken broth
10 oz of spinach - frozen or fresh
fresh grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese
Cut in bite size pieces, coat in flour saute in non stick pan approx. 5 min until cooked
Add 1 cup chicken broth
Melt 3 oz cream cheese
Add 10 oz frozen spinach or fresh spinach your choice, I use fresh
I cook up whole box penne pasta to add the amount I want to mixture.
Add 1/2 mixture to 13x9 baking dish top with fresh grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese
top with remaining mixture and top with more cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
