1 LB. Pasta (Any)
1 - 8 oz. Bar Cream Cheese
2 Cups Milk
2 Tbs. Flour
3 Tbs. Butter
Garlic Powder (To Taste) or 3 Tbs. Minced Garlic
1 LB. Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
1 Bag (8 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, or Preferred Cheese
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

In a bowl, using a mixer, beat together the milk, cream cheese and flour until smooth. Set mixture aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté garlic for about one minute, then add already cleaned shrimp. Cook shrimp in garlic & butter 3-5 minutes, until pink. Remove shrimp only from the pan. Leave garlic & butter drippings in the saucepan. Add the milk, cream cheese and flour mixture to the garlic and butter drippings in the pan. Stir all ingredients together until the sauce starts to get thick. When the sauce thickens, add the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until dissolved. Last, add the shrimp to coat in the cheese sauce. Serve hot over pasta of your choice!
