Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza

If you are looking to spice up your pizza game and deliver something completely different to your guests, this is the pizza you’ve been seeking.
Ingredients
- For the Chicken:
- 1 poundChicken breast, sliced lengthwise into 1-inch strips
- 2 tablespoonsOlive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cuisinart Nashville Hot Seasoning
- For the Pizza:
- 1 poundPizza dough, divided
- ½ cup Ranch Dressing
- ½ cupSliced pickled jalapenos
- 2 cupsShredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cupKosher pickle slices
- 1 cupPre-made coleslaw for garnish
Preparation
- Set up 3-in-1 Pizza Oven Plus in grill mode
- Pre-heat on high for 5 minutes
- In a large bowl combine chicken, oil, and seasoning
- Toss until thoroughly coated
- Grill chicken, turning occasionally until cooked
- Cool chicken and cut each slice in half for pizza
- Covert Pizza Oven Plus to Pizza mode
- Pre-heat pizza oven for 15 minutes
- Stretch first pizza dough out to 12” round
- Generously dust pizza peel with cornmeal and flour and place dough on peel
- Add half ranch dressing in middle of pizza and spread evenly in an outward spiral to edges
- Top with half the jalapenos, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and half of the chicken spread evenly across pizza
- Top with half the pickles
- Gently shimmy pizza on peel to ensure it doesn’t stick. If dough sticks anyway, gently lift dough and spread additional cornmeal underneath
- Slide pizza on to back on pre-heated pizza stone and slide off peel
- Turn pizza once at 3 minutes, about halfway through cooking
- Remove finished pizza from oven at desired doneness
- Top with half the coleslaw, slice, and serve.
- Repeat with second dough
