Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 ozAssorted mushrooms
- 1 tablespoonOlive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cuisinart Ultimate Pizza Seasoning
- 1 eachPizza dough
- 2 tablespoonsExtra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoonChopped garlic
- 8 ozShredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Pre-heat pizza oven
- In a large bowl toss and combine mushrooms, oil, and seasoning
- Place mushrooms in a pan and put in Pizza oven and toast for 10 minutes, until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Stretch pizza dough out to 12” round
- Place dough on pizza peel generously dusted with cornmeal and flour
- Drizzle pizza dough with olive oil and spread garlic evenly across pizza
- Place randomly mushrooms on top of pizza
- Spread cheese randomly on top of pizza
- Gently shimmy pizza on peel to ensure it doesn’t stick. If dough sticks anyway, gently lift dough and spread additional cornmeal underneath
- Slide pizza on to back on pre-heated pizza stone and slide off peel
- Turn pizza once at 3 minutes, about halfway through cooking
- Remove finished pizza from oven at desired doneness, cut, and serve.
