Smoking on the pellet grill gets these wings perfectly smoky without giving up that satisfying crunch of the seasoned skin

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken winglets and drumettes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup Cuisinart Bourbon Molasses Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat Cuisinart pellet grill to 225°F
  2. In a large bowl drizzle chicken wings with oil
  3. Add Cuisinart Bourbon Molasses Seasoning mix and toss until combined
  4. Spread wings out evenly across pellet grate and smoke for 1-2 hours to minimum internal temperature of 165°F and until chicken is crispy
