1. Take two pieces of rye bread and butter one side each slice
2. Heat your Cuisinart Griddler to 400 degrees
3. Construct your sandwich by layering one slice of Swiss cheese, roughly 3 thinly sliced corned beef pieces
4. Top your corned beef with 1/4 cup sauerkraut and drizzle with thousand island dressing
5. Add the top piece of rye bread to your sandwich and then place on the griddled for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown
