Salmon loves smoke! This method creates wonderful firm salmon fillets with a hint of smoke and pop of flavor from Cuisinart Seasonings.
1 pound salmon loin, center cut
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup Cuisinart Sweet Paprika Seafood Seasoning or fish seasoning of your choice

1.Pre-heat Cuisinart pellet grill to 220°F.
2.Portion the loin into desirable size (3-4 oz portions are ideal) yielding approximately 3 filets.
3.Pat the fillets dry.
4.Drizzle the filets with olive oil.
5.Generously coat with Cuisinart Sweet Paprika Seafood Seasoning.
6.Cook on pellet from 60 – 90 minutes until fish reaches internal temperature of 145°F. Serve immediately.
