Seasoned, sauced, and smoked. These are the ultimate chicken wings layered with salty, smoky, sweet, and sour flavors. For exceptional texture, char these wings over high heat to crisp them up.

2 pounds                chicken winglets and drumettes

¼ cup                   Cuisinart Blue Ribbon Chicken Seasoning

1 tablespoon           vegetable oil

¼ cup                     Classic Kansas City BBQ Sauce

  1. Pre-heat Cuisinart Oakmont pellet grill to 300°F
  2. If wings and drums are connected, separate at the joint using a knife
  3. In a large bowl toss chicken wings with Blue Ribbon Chicken Seasoning and vegetable oil
  4. Make sure wings are completely coated in seasoning
  5. Spread wings out evenly across grill or layer on adjustable grill rack and smoke for 1-2 hours, flipping after first 30 minutes
  6. Cook to internal temperature of 165°F
  7. Glaze wings with Classic Kansas City BBQ
  8. If desired, crisp over high heat
