1 large head cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Cuisinart Sweet Chili Seasoning or seasonings of your choice

1.Cut the cauliflower crosswise all the way through the root, about ½-inch thickness. The root helps keep the cauliflower intact. You should yield 3-5 steaks plus some large florets.
2.In a large bowl, coat cauliflower with oil and generously incorporate Cuisinart Sweet Chili Seasoning and black pepper.
3.Place in large plastic bag and marinate overnight.
4.Set Cuisinart pellet grill to 225 °F.
5.Cook for 45 mins–1 hour, turning after 30 minutes. Cauliflower should be softened on the exterior, but still a slightly firm in the center.
