Instructions

1. CUT THE ONION, AND JALAPENOS INTO 4 PIECES
2. ADD THEM ONTO ALUMINUM FOIL ADD A LITTLE SALT AND WRAP THEM, ONCE DONE ADD TO GRILL
3. ADD THE TOMATOES ONTO THE GRILL
4. ONCE TOMATOES ARE HALFWAYS COOKED, THE SKIN WILL BE BURNED, ADD THEM TO A PLATE
5. PEEL THE BURNT SKIN OFF THE TOMATOES,
6. PULL OUT THE FOIL FROM THE GRILL, AND PEEL OFF ANY BURNT SKIN FROM THE ITEMS
7. IF YOU DONT HAVE A MOLCAJETE. YOU CAN USE A ROUND PLATE, AND CUP
8. ADD THE ITEMS FROM THE FOIL AND START SMASHING THEM UP IN THE PLATE
9. ADD THE TOMATOES AND DO THE SAME SMASH THEM UP
10. ADD A LITTLE PINCH OF SALT, AND SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE TO ALSO ADD TO THE PLATE, MIX AND READY TO SERVE
