Mex Cassarole

Mexican Cassarole dinner.

Ingredients

2 lbs Lean Hamburger Meat Taco Seasoning to taste 1 Large Onion 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup 1-2 cans of Rotel Tomatoes Cheese, grated Cheddar Cheese Chips Optional: Sour Cream Diced Jalapeño Peppers Serve with Guacamole

Instructions

Cook hamburger meat with taco seasoning and onion. Drain. Mix and heat soups and tomatoes till smooth, add hamburger meat mixture. Heat until thoroughly mixed. In 9 x 11 cake pan, make a layer of chips, spread meat mixture layer, top with cheese layer. Repeat one more layer of chips, layer meat mixture, and layer of cheese. Heat for 30 minutes at 325º.
