We live in the eastern part of the world (Pakistan) and love to have spice in our foods. This recipe is rather simple as it does not include a lot of spices but does include Green Chilli, but its not too spiced for your taste bud.

Beef mince with Green Chillies served with flat bread
INGREDIENTS
Beef Mince: 1/2 Kg
Yogurt: one cup
Garlic: 2-3 cloves (sliced)
Cumin Seeds: 4-5 Table spoons
Salt: To Taste
Black Pepper: Half tea spoon
Turmeric: Quarter a tea spoon.
Green Chillies: will be the same proportion as mince, or a little less. (slice vertically, two of one keeping the seeds on)
Oil: 4 Table spoon.
Instructions
Add oil in the pan and heat it a bit. Then add cumin seeds, when it pops up (after about 6-7 seconds) add mince and garlic paste. Fry till mince changes color.

Once the mince change its color add yogurt, salt, black pepper and tumeric, (and a little bit of water if needed), you need enough water to cook mince thoroughly.

Once the mince is cooked, add your green chillies in it Stir for about 2 minutes, cover it and leave it about 4-5 minutes on very low heat.

Remove from heat and serve it.
It is best suited with flat bread or paratha or a pita bread.
