1 illy iperEspresso capsule
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 cup steamed and frothed skim milk
2 tablespoons whipped cream
1 teaspoon shaved bittersweet chocolate or unsweetened cocoa powder (for garnish)
1. Put a mug on the latte/cappuccino tray.
2. Using the lever, open the brew head, insert the capsule and close the brew head. Press the Short button to start the brewing process.
3. When brewing process is complete stir in the chocolate syrup and some of the steamed milk. Top with a small amount of foam and then with the whipped cream and chocolate or cocoa. Serve immediately.
