These bars are like a truffle candy. They melt in your mouth and are delicious. This recipe produces large amount of bars.

Chocolate Truffle Bars
INGREDIENTS

Bars: 10 Eggs 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup flour 2 (4 sticks) cups butter 6 cups (36 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips frosting: 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup (2 sticks) butter

Instructions

For the bars: Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. add the flour and mix well. heat the butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan until melted, stirring constantly. stir into the egg mixture. pour into an ungreased 10x15 baking pan. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. For the frosting: Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. spread over the baked layer. Cool the frosted layer in the pan. cut into small bars.
