Cranberry Royale

A light and refreshing side dish for the holiday turnkey. I serve this at Thanksgiving and Christmas"


1 large box Raspberry Jello
1 small can jellied cranberry sauce
1 8oz tub Cool Whip
½ c finely chopped pecans


Mix the Jello with 1 cup hot water and stir until completely dissolved. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from refreigerator and add cranberry sauce, 6 oz. Cool Whip and pecans. Mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Pour into mold and refrigerate at least 2 hrs. Before serving, add the remaining 2 oz. Cool Whip to garnish.
