Sweet Potato Casserole

An easy side dish that you can almost eat for dessert."


3 C mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 C or 1 stick butter
1/4 C. 1/2 & 1/2
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla

1C brown sugar packed
1C chopped pecans
1/3 C flour
1/3C butter, softened


spray casserole dish, set aside
Add mashed sweet potatoes, butter, 1/2 & 1/2, eggs and vanilla to food processor and mix well. Pour into prepared dish.
Topping: mix in food processor and
top sweet potato mixture
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
