This is a family favorite. A touch of sweet to the holiday meal.
If your family likes coconut, you can add a small can to the sweet potato mixture.
3 to 4 sweet potatos (baked and mashed) or 1 lg can sweet potatos, drained and mashed
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients for casserole together and pour into a buttered, oven proof casserole dish
Mix brown sugar and flower together, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and add nuts. Sprinkle over casserole
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
