Buffalo Jalapeno Wings




3lbs chicken wings cut in half Peanut oil 1½ cup hot sauce ½ cup butter 2tbs brown sugar 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Dash of soy sauce 1 clove of garlic Lemon pepper Jalapeno peppers

Season the chicken wings with lemon pepper, deep fry in the peanut oil for 12 minutes. While chicken is cooking, melt the butter, mix all other ingredients (except the together peppers) in a bowl, drop the chicken wings in the bowl covering the chicken in the sauce. Place wings on a platter cover them with jalapeno peppers and serve. Great with French fries, blue cheese dressing and celery.
