Adapted from an Indonesian recipe for fried chicken (Cradle of Flavor), these wings taste even better when barbecued. They are a great alternative to Buffalo wings.
20 chicken wings - tips cut off and discarded
8 smashed garlic cloves
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1 cup cider vinegar

Toss ingredients into a resealable storage bag and let marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Grill over direct heat, turning often until done. Baste with left remaining marinade.
Serve with Sriracha.
