Tater Patch Casserole

Super easy and tasty




1 lb cooked and shredded potatoes 2 C shredded medium cheddar cheese ¼ C + 2 TBSP real butter 2 C sour cream, room temperature ⅓ C chopped green onions 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

In a 3 qt saucepan, over low heat, combine cheese and butter. Stir and heat until almost melted. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, onions, seasonings. Add shredded potatoes and combine. Pour into a buttered 2 qt casserole dish. Top with 2 TBSP butter, divided into 4 pieces. Bake, uncovered, 25 mins or until heated through at 350.
