Spaghetti and Eyeballs

Incredibly easy homemade dish with a spooky twist - perfect for kids parties




16 meatballs

16 whole olives, pitted

1 jar marinara sauce

1lb spaghetti

Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add spaghetti and stir occasionally as it cooks. Heat marinara sauce in a pan on a medium-low heat, making sure it doesn't boil. 

Take each meatball and scoop out a hole in each. Insert one olive in each hole so that only a little is sticking out, turning them into eyeballs! 

Add eyeballs to the marina and cook until heated through. 

Once pasta is al dente, drain water and serve. Pour over the marinara sauce and carefully adjust the eyeballs - four per plate.
