Farfalle tricks

It's a simple , easy recipe with great taste. Good for a Halloween lunch.


1/2 box of farfalle multi-grain pasta 1 smoke turkey sausage diced into 1/2 inch pieces 2 portabella mushrooms diced in 1/2 inch pieces 2 medium fresh salad tomatoes chopped in cubes 1/4 can of black olives 1 chopped garlic 1/4 cup canola oil salt and pepper to taste

About 250 calories per servings, 12 g of protein , 38 g of Carbs, 2g of total fat (1 g of polyunsat fat), 4g of fiber.


Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain it. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped garlic and saute portabella mushroom for 5 minutes then add the pasta ,cubes of smoke turkey sausage, fresh tomatoes chopped in cubes, black olives, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes and serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
