1 tuna
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 egg 1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper olive oil for frying
1 teaspoon butter
Mix tuna, bread, and egg until dough is smooth, and then add pepper and salt. Make little sticks with the mass obtained. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan and fry the sticks until golden brown. Enjoy with tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
