Zucchini, Yogurt- Quiche
pinch of salt
pinch of freshly ground pepper
2 cup yogurt tasteless, and no sugar
3 or 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 red bell peppers
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. of finely chopped fresh parsley.
1 tsp. oregano
1 sheet of puff pastry dough or purchased ready-made.
Wash the chives, and chop. Place them in a pan with two tablespoons of oil, and let them go very gently gilding, at least 15 minutes over low heat.
Wash and peel the zucchini,and cut into small squares.
Finely chopped the peppers.
In a bowl, place the eggs, mix, add the yogurt, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chives Finally, stir very well. And finally the oregano. Place in a round dish, pyrex, or silicone, the puff pastry and prick the dough.
Heat the oven at 200 °F. for about 10 minutes and place the dish with the dough, no filler, put some foil paper, bake 10 minutes and remove from the oven.
Put the filling, place the chopped up zucchini mix and let bake for about 30 minutes until you see the knife comes out dry.
