Super Sticky Chicken Wings
3 pounds chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger (or fresh ginger pieces)
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 drops tobasco sauce
Blend all ingredients. Pour over chicken Wings.
Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours in a flat 9 x 12 baking dish. Turn wings over once during baking and baste with sauce. Wings will be browned and sticky when done.
Recipe may be doubled.
