French Fries

Makes 3 to 4 servings


Nonstick cooking spray
1½ pounds (about 4 medium) russet potatoes
1¼ teaspoons kosher or seasoned salt
Olive oil, for spraying or brushing

1. Cut potatoes into ¼-inch thick pieces, about 4 inches long.
Pat dry completely.
2. Place the AirFryer Basket onto the Baking Pan and coat with
nonstick spray.
3. Put the dried potatoes into the basket. Spray or brush liberally
with oil. Sprinkle with salt and toss. Spread into a single layer.
4. Place the assembled basket into the oven in rack position 2.
Select AirFry at 400°F for 15 minutes, cooking until desired
5. When finished, transfer to a serving bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning
as desired. Serve immediately
