Fruit Salad with Honey, Lime & Chocolate

Remember that although this is a great recipe your children, do NOT serve this to your little one if he or she is under 12 months. Honey should not be consumed before 12 months and can be dangerous for your baby's health. Otherwise, ENJOY!"


Cantaloupe – ½ Cup (diced)
Seedless Grapes – ¼ Cup
Banana – 1 (sliced diagonally)
Kiwi Fruit – 1 (diced)
Sapodilla (Cheeku) – 1 (diced)
Glaced Cherries – 5 to 7
Almonds – 8-10 (sliced)
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp (add or less as per your taste)
Apple – 1 (sliced)
Honey – 1 ½ tbsp
Semi Sweet Chocolate – ¼ Cup (cut into small pieces)
Shredded Coconut – 1 tbsp


Combine all the fruits and sliced almonds in a large mixing bowl.
Add lime juice and honey together in a small bowl and mix well.
Drizzle over the fruit mixture and toss to coat.
In a heat safe bowl add chocolate and place it on a pot of boiling water. Stir it till the chocolate gets smooth and glossy.
Transfer the fruit mixture into serving bowl. Pour melted chocolate over it.
Garnish with shredded coconut.

Tip :
You can use any fruit and dry fruit which are easily available in the market.
