My son doesint like plain milk, I always want him to eat healthy. I avoid foods that are processed and couldn't bare filling his sippy cup with milk and some high fructose corn syrup-filled flavor, so I thought why not enrich it with some fruits and veg. From day one my son is hooked and I have to admit, the rest of the family and I are also big fans.

Sweet Potato Banana Milk
INGREDIENTS
Pureed bananas
milk
pureed sweet potatoes
Instructions
Bake and puree one whole sweet potato, puree one whole banana, add quarter cup of each to a blender and add one and a half cups milk, blend. Serve over ice in a glass or in your kids favorite sippy. You can mix and match with carrots, pears etc.
