Super Bowl Rings And Dip
I Pkg McCormick Fish’n Chips Seafood Batter mix
Water for mixing
3 Vidalia sweet onions
Oil for frying
¼ cup mayonnaise
I Vidalia onion, chopped
In Cuisinart blender put chopped onion and mayonnaise, process until smooth.
Peel and slice ends off of three onions, carefully slice down center and separate to create large rings.
Mix batter and water according to directions.
Dip rings in batter and fry 400 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with dip.
Note, you can add spices of your choice to the dip mixture before processing, or food coloring for your favorite team.
