Healthy Cocoa Rice Pudding

You won't believe the healthy secret ingredient...
The avocado is packed full of vitamins and healthy fat, the cocoa is unsweetened - your little one will be thrilled with eating rich chocolate pudding and never know he's getting lots of good stuff with it!"


1 c. cooked rice, room temp
1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
1/4 tsp lime juice
1/4 c. vanilla-flavored rice milk
1 tbsp apple juice
3 tbsp cocoa powder


Mash avocado half with the lime juice. Gently blend into the cooked rice along with the rice milk, and apple juice. finally blend in the cocoa powder. Chill for about an hour or two before eating.
