1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup chicken, cooked and ground/puréed
2 tablespoons pinto beans
1 tablespoon yogurt or shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons avocado pulp
Instructions
Place all ingredients in work bowl of Cuisinart® food processor fitted with metal chopping blade. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. Process with breast milk or formula for the smoothest consistency.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
