Place mango cubes in food processor work bowl fitted with metal chopping blade. Process for 20 seconds, scrape work bowl and process again for an additional 20 seconds until desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately, refrigerate up to 4 days,or freeze into 1-ounce portions.
