A refreshing and crunchy salad for a hot summery picnic day.


2 Cans of Corn
1 red pepper
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
dash of cayenne pepper

Open the cans of corn and drain the corn from it's juice. Pour into medium size bowl and set aside.
Cut the red pepper in half and remove the seeds. Rinse and dice into small cubes. Place in bowl with corn.
Dress with two tablespoons of Mayonnaise and sprinkle the garlic and cayanne pepper. Mix together all the ingrediants with a large spoon. It's ready to go!
