15 potatoes 1 med. onion 1 cup melted butter 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 pt. half & half 1 cup milk salt, pepper & paprika grated cheddar cheese

Day 1 Parboil potatoes for 10-15 min. cool. refrigerate overnight. Day 2 Peel and grate potatoes into shallow 3 qt. casserole. Gently mix in grated onions. Pour melted butter, creams & milk over all.Season and stir gently. Day 3 Remove from refrigerator 2 hrs before baking. Bake in 325 deg. oven for 1 hour or more. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
