Preheat an oven to 350 F.

Coat a two-quart baking dish with nonstick spray. In a big bowl, combine all ingredients except and mix well. Pour into the baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, or until thick and bubbly. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.
