This recipe is so easy and requires little preparation. The flavors taste like you cooked all day. You can prep the night before then pop in the oven for dinner. Great family dinner, lower in calories too!! You will make this recipe often! You can also substitute chicken or fish.


4 Pork Chops 1 stick of margarine 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter on low heat, then whisk in Worcestershire and Dijon. Let cool 3 minutes. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in mixing bowl. Dip pork chops in the melted mixture, then in the breadcrumbs. Spray a cookie sheet with a non stick spray. Place the coated chops. On the cookie sheet, drizzle some remaining melted mixture on top of chops. COVER WITH FOIL and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until crisp. Enjoy!!!
