Baby’s First Butternut Squash

4          cups cubed butternut squash (about 1 pound)


 

Instructions

 


1.
Steam butternut squash until completely fork tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes in a stovetop steamer.


2. Put the steamed squash into the blender jar with 3 tablespoons of steaming liquid.

Select Low and blend until completely smooth, about 2 minutes.
