A delicious, colorful, healthy side dish for baby and for mom! I used to serve this to my baby (now 3 years old.) My newborn has this recipe to look forward to.
2 Sweet Potatoes
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

Peel and dice carrots and sweet potatoes. Place in a steam basket, add water to pan and steam for 10 minutes or until soft. Remove from pan and puree in a food processor with nutmeg and salt. It's okay if the vegetables are not completely smooth, they are soft enough for baby.
