Wash all vegetables and cut or break into chunks. Place all veggies in a large pot with a top. Add 2 chicken stock concentrates, black pepper and a ½ cup of water and cover with a top. Place in the oven (350 degrees) and cook until tender. Approximately 1 and ½ hour.
