1 Mango, peeled and chopped into 1/2-cubes
1 15-ounce can of black beans, drained & rinsed
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 teas. finely chopped jalapeno, fresh or jarred
2 Tbl. chopped fresh cilantro or 1 Tbl, dried, crumble cilantro
1/2 teas. hot sauce
1/4 teas. salt

Toss together all of the ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip: If you find mangoes too expensive at different times of the year, buy them on sale, peel and freeze the halves in plastic, freezer bags. Not only is it easier to cube the frozen portions but then you have it available for delicious smoothies or fruit salads as well.
