Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

1 cup of elbows 2 tsp butter 2 eggs 1 cup of milk or (1/2 of milk and 1/2 of water) 1/8 tsp of salt 1 tsp of white sugar 1 pinch of black pepper or (1/16 teaspoon of black pepper) 1 cup of cheddar cheese or 2 different cheeses

Instructions

1. Boil the elbows for 7-10 minutes then drain it. Next, pour elbows in bakeware and mix in 2 tsp of butter. 2. In a separate bow, blend 2 eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni and mix in 1/4 cup of cheese. Then cover with cheese on top (3/4 of cup). 3. Last, cover bakeware with aluminum and put in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
