Here we steam the fish, remove all the skin and bones. Shred the fish using fork or hands and sear the fish with spices to enhance the flavor.

Salmon fish (steamed) -2 fillet
Onion – 1
Ginger – ½ inch
Garlic – 5 cloves
Green chillies – 2
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Coriander leaves
Fennel seed – ½ teaspoon
Fennel powder – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
Sesame oil(Gingelly oil)
Salt to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seed, fennel powder, minced garlic and ginger and saute for 2 mins.
Step 2: Add onions and saute until translucent, then add green chillies, turmeric, salt and saute for a minute. Finally, add steamed fish and saute roughly.
Step 3: Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
