Enjoy this healthy and SIMPLE turkey burger with shredded zucchini and basic ingredients. SO easy to make, yet GREAT on taste!!
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 cup shredded zucchini
2 Tbs brown mustard
2 Tbs organic ketchup
4 medium garlic cloves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbs olive oil for cooking

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with clean hands or a wooden spoon until everything is thoroughly mixed in.
In a frying pan, put 1 Tbs of oil and turn heat to medium. Cook 4-6 minutes per side and make sure meat is thoroughly cooked through.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with tomatoes, avocado and dark leaf lettuce. Toast your whole grain bun and enjoy with condiments of your choice.
